- Interviewed the all roles associated with the project: Estimator, Project Manager, Fabrication Manager, Field Superintendent, and Glazing Foreman to develop each story

- Increased time on website 47% with an average of 2:40
- Improved the goal conversion rate from 1.2% to 11.19%
